Winton Launderette & Dry Cleaning is an independent, family run laundry and dry cleaning service. Our facilities include a full Service Wash facility, Dry Cleaning, Ironing and Self Service Launderette

Winton Launderette & Dry Cleaners trace its origins back almost 50 years when the Washerette, in Winton was converted from a former dairy and fitted out as a branded self-service launderette. In the early 1970s the launderette changed hands and the new owners got rid of the uneconomical top loading washing machines and installed modern front-loading machines manufactured in England by Spencer. These were still in use right up until 2003 when, under the current owners, the latest computer controlled equipment by market leading brand Ipso, was installed.

2019 has seen most more investment in both our Dry Cleaner and Launderette shops with the installation of all new tumble dryers, additional Jumbo sized washing machine and a complete re-decoration in our launderette and a brand new, eco friendly Wet Cleaning system which took place of our existing and out dated perc dry cleaning machine.

Wet Cleaning is the future of the dry cleaning industry.  Wet cleaning is a far more cost effective way of 'dry cleaning' clothing items. Whilst being very delicate on all fabrics types yet still giving excellent results. Wet Cleaning is a much cleaner and eco friendly solution to dry cleaning with no hamful waste products
